Technology research and development
All along, Ruilin has been transforming and upgrading, devoting itself to the development of new products and the training of technical personnel. It has invested more than 30 million yuan in R&D, trained more than 80 professional technicians (including 10 die-casting masters and 8 machine-working masters), trained a well-trained professional workforce, and has become a global leader. End equipment manufacturers, colleges and universities, industry associations and so on have carried out in-depth and extensive cooperation. They have accumulated rich experience in die casting technology and machining technology. Especially in the field of automatic transmission valve plate products processing, through more than five years of experiments and research, a complete set of manufacturing technology (including dies, fixtures) has been formed. At present, the key technology is in the leading position in the industry. In 2017, in order to seize the high-end market, explore the cutting-edge technology of automotive products and ensure the implementation of the company's strategy, the company cooperated with relevant German experts to establish the R&D center of Ruilin (Shanghai) and devoted itself to the R&D and product upgrading of automotive parts.
